PLX Revamps its 52mm LED Gauge With DM-5 AFR

With all the updates to PLX Devices’ wideband controllers, it’s only natural for our standard 52mm gauges get a much needed face lift. Introducing the DM-5 AFR LED Gauge. Featuring a 3 digit digital readout with a 16 LED sweeping needle the DM-5 AFR comes in at a mere thickness of 18mm. Coming in the familiar white and black face plates, the updated gauge will support the wideband output from the SM-AFR module. Perhaps the best part of it all is the new DM-5 AFR is not only better but more affordable than the original gauge. Look forward to a SM-AFR + DM-5 AFR combo for $269 retail.

Thanks to the hard work of PLX Engineers, the PLX SM-AFR is available for the incredibly low price of $195. Still capable of all the functions of its predecessor, the now discountinued M-250, the SM-AFR retains the same accuracy, ease of use, and functionality without retaining the size and the cost. As well as being able to drive our standard 52mm LED gauge, the SM-AFR serves as one of many modules capable of interfacing with the new PLX iMFD OLED gauge.
