PLX Proud to Announce the Revolutionary iMFD

Your standard automotive gauge comes with a simple display which is capable of presenting you with a single parameter. This is all fine and well…in the 1900s. The truth is, the automotive gauge industry has changed very little and PLX Devices Inc. has decided now is the time for a revolution. PLX is proud to introduce the intelligent Multi-Functional Display (iMFD). From the limited function, design, and customization of today’s gauges, the iMFD’s 60,000 pixels give you unlimited possibilities.

PLX Announces First SM Module for the iMFD

With years of experience in the Wideband Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) market, it is only a natural progression for PLX Devices Inc. to release AFR as the first Sensor Module(SM) for iMFD. Utilizing tried and true technology, the SM-AFR is just one of the many sensor modules that will be able to work with the iMFD. Engineered to fit in a 3” x 2” x 1” aluminum casing, PLX SM-AFR is the smallest PLX wideband unit to date. PLX is Headed to SEMA Auto Show in 06

PLX Devices Inc. will be making its first appearance as an exhibitor at the SEMA Auto Show 06’. Come check us out and get a chance to see and play with the iMFD in person. Our technical support staff will be there to answer any questions you have about the iMFD or any other PLX Devices Inc. products. Show starts 10/31/06 and ends 11/3/06.

PLX Releasing New Software for iMFD

With the nearly infinite display possibilities the iMFD is capable of, the job of making each gauge unique rests ultimately with the user. PLX will be releasing a gauge customization software for the PC to allow users to produce and use their own custom gauges. Show off your artistic skills and send us your designs to be shared with other iMFD users.
