Domestic and International Shipping & Liability Disclaimer

All shipments are sent uninsured by default unless the customer specifically requests insurance at the time of purchase or prior to shipment. Packages are considered successfully delivered once the carrier provides proof of delivery.

Signature confirmation is not included by default and will only be applied if the customer requests it at the time of purchase or prior to shipment.

In the event a package is reported lost, stolen, or otherwise unrecoverable, the customer must notify PLX Devices Inc. within 5 business days of proof of delivery for domestic shipments or within 48 hours for international shipments in order to initiate a carrier claim.

PLX Devices Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to packages once they have been shipped. Responsibility for such claims rests solely with the carrier.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be collected upon delivery by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient. PLX Devices only charges for transportation fees and does not cover any additional customs or import-related costs.

We also comply fully with international shipping laws and will not declare false values or mark shipments as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees.
